Built production cheminformatics software, developing molecular graph algorithms, structure editing features, and Java/TS components for tools used by 500+ scientific analysts.
Implementing deep learning pipelines in PyTorch Geometric using Equivariant GNNs, VAMPnets, and novel transition state search algorithms to study protein dynamics and learn kinetic states from molecular dynamics simulations.
Developed Julia and Python modeling pipelines combining optimization and process simulation to study economic and environmental tradeoffs in bioprocess systems.
